Misspelt keyword research help please.

I have found and exact match misspelt keyword with 10,000 searches a month with a .net and .org domain available. The .com for the same misspelt word isnt ranking in the top 10 at all. The competion is a mixture of pastebin posts and some forum posts but they are relevant so G is detecting this word as suitable. So my question is, if I buy one of the domains should I also use the misspelt word in the articles and posts on the site too.
