Search Engine Submission - Best Way?

Question: I see a lot of sites that claim to submit a domain to 10,20, 50 - up to 100 search engines. Lots of these sites look sketchy.

What do you guys suggest? Is there a site/tool that can do this rather then racking down hundreds of search engines and manually submitting?

I have a newer site that I would like to submit to as many search engines as possible.
