I am working on pretty simple site for a buddy of mine.
He found a javascript one page template to use because it has a full page background slider. But I have never used one for any of my sites & just wondering if the one page design will hurt seo? I figure I would get better results with a wordpress site & yoast seo plugin?
Also, he wants a one word domain name so for his company name and a .US ext is all that is available.
Seems like I have read a few posts about people having a hard time getting a .us site to rank and usually advise against using them? Think it would make a big difference I used a .com with a couple extra words instead? He thinks its good to have an easy to remember 1 word domain name but if google don't see it then I don't think its worth it.
