Using Domains as buffers for medium-large backlink campaign. Advice needed

Hi Folks,


Currently I am targetting 8 Main KWs every month on mysite.com using tier 1 backlinks from 8000 domains


However, I really need to launch much larger campaigns . I want to target 20-30 main KWs on mysite.com every month.


So I need to use different strategy :


My Strategy
===========
1) Blast mysite.com directly with 8000 tier 1 backlinks every month (targetting 8 main KWs)
2) Buy 2 new domains every month , setup 2 sites on those 2 domains . Each site will target 8 main KWs.
- Blast those 2 sites with 16000 tier 1 backlinks


- 301 Redirect those domains/sites to mysite.com at the end of each month.


This way .. I can target 24 Main KWs every month .


What do you guys think? Is this strategy sound ?
