Need Advice:Creating a vote poll on my site that can connect with FB

I'm working with a couple of people who are looking to get votes online and I'm looking for something that can connect with FB or take simple information and has a live counter.

I want to make a splash page with the vote counter embedded in it. Maybes theres a WP template or theme for that.

I am trying to make them go viral through FB kinda like how the change.org app works, I'm not using change.org because Its not a petition.

Any suggestions?
