Having Trouble Ranking a Clients YouTube Video.. Any Advice?

I am attempting to rank a simple youtube video for a fairly non-competitive local keyword but I can't seem to get it past the 1st page. I have trying for a little more than 2 and a half months now.

I feel like I have done everything correctly.. Good KW placement, proper tags, tagged it on the map.

Does anyone have any advice on youtube video optimization? Any good articles to point me to?
