: Pr means nothing, refer to your traffic and serp rankings to judge your seo effectivenes

I have 3 client websites that I started linkbuilding for with the SAME backlink strategy all within the the same time period..


Below are the results.

Site 1 : PR 1 >> PR 1
Conclusion: this site has had the highest increase in traffic and serps over the last few months despite not increasing in PR at all.

Site 2 : PR 3 to PR 2
Conclusion: this was a penguin penalized site and came out of page 200 to now page 6 for its money keywords

Site 3 : PR 0 to PR 2
Conclusion:this was a brand new domain registered in August and has only 1 page and minimal content put on it. It also has 2x less links then site 1 and 2 yet it received the highest PR increase. HOWEVER, it is only on page 3/4 for all its keywords and receives minimal traffic.

FINAL CONCLUSION : PR MEANS NOTHING, REFER TO YOUR TRAFFIC AND SERP RANKINGS TO JUDGE YOUR SEO EFFECTIVENESS
