Hello everyone, I'm quite new to seo/blogging game and could use a little help. I make most of my money through cpa and paid advertising but it seems like seo is quite popular here (seo forum obviously) so it must be making some people some money. I was wondering, how exactly do you make money blogging? I know you can make a few cents every time someone clicks on your ads but is that the main way people make money blogging? I'm sure people sell products but where do they get their products? Clickbank/another affiliate site or do they just push the products they create?
Now, once you have a blog set up and you're making quality and unique posts daily, how do you rank it? I've read a few times here that quality/unique content + seo gets good rankings but how do you do seo exactly? I've searched on here numerous times reading numerous threads but I still do not understand seo exactly. good content + 1 way backlinks = good rankings? If someone could help me out with this I'd appreciate it greatly.
