Editable link shorterners?

I have started using bitly for a link shortener for my YouTube videos, and there is no way to edit the landing page link. One of my cpa offers has changed and I went to change the url, and I couldn't. Not being able to change your landing page url is a MASSIVE handicap.

Does anyone know of any good url shorteners that Youtube likes and is editable?
