It could be easy to rank if you do the onpage seo correct and as you can see the offpage seo wouldn't be a problem, just a little nice backlinking package to the website and it should rank!
I am thinking to put this one to a guy who knows alittle better seo and stuff because I do not want this "domain" to go to waste :). So write a reason if you may and I will choose a winner of course (like always).
