Need some advice - should I improve the content I already have or keep adding new "posts"?

So it has been almost a year since I started my blog - I currently have 254 "posts" and over 11,000 tags. I am wondering, should I invest my time in improving the content I already have for each post, or just continue adding new content (but with more quality)?
