Over Optimization

Hi all,

I was just hoping I can get some thoughts about how little/how much I should be trying to optimize my pages. The way my theme works is the Post title provided in Wordpress acts as the H1. Here is what I have been doing:

- Title: includes keyword
- URL: includes keyword
- H1: includes keyword but not exact match
- Desc: includes keyword
- keyword density: 1-1.4%

Should I be looking into reducing this?
