Sharing Memberships Is it allowed? How to do it?

I am wondering if I can find someone with whom I can share a membership or two.
For example, I am paying a small bit per month for MAN (MyArticleNetwork) and would like to use it but with a partner. Is that allowed? Can I find someone here?

I also have a membership to SeattleClouds for building apps that I would like to use for several years while I develop apps. I could imagine sharing this as well.

I am not sure if this is allowed, but it seems to me that if people are working together, they should be allowed to each log in and develop their articles or their apps.
If this is possible, then how is this done so everyone benefits and there are no problems?
