Firstly, a couple of my sites site were semi affected by panda/penguin.
not in the way you would imagine... no negative SEO as far as i can tell. but i am not an expert on this topic.

As you will in the image there was an "unnatural rise" in traffic during - dec '11 to Feb '12 - due to huge promotions on buying back links.
But it went back to normal right after the first penguin update. (when most blog networks got killed) but with a steady rise.
Now that could be because the sites have a (i am guessing - like i said i am not a expert on this and need all the help i could get)
-- lot more natural links than unnatural links
-- authority that comes with regular updates and lots of quality content and age of site
Despite buying countless ALN and other blog network links i never received the now infamous google webmaster email about site being banned because "Notice of unnatural links detected" blah blah blah. I honestly dread getting one of those things.
Everything said and done i still have over countless domains and incoming links.
How do i remove find / analyze and finally remove the bad ones?
specially the ones that {are affecting|may affect|will effect} my site in the future.
If there is some expert in here who might be able to help i would be willing to pay for results.
