Creative Ways to Kill a Negative YouTube Video Review

I need help! I've been tasked with removing an extremely negative video review of my company's product on YouTube. The review was posted by a cranky old wind-bag that seems to have too much time on his hands. This would not be a big deal, except that the video is ranking 3rd in SERPs for my companies brand name.

I need to either drastically drop this review from SERPS or somehow get it thrown off YouTube for TOS violations. I would try negative SEO, but I fear this may actually increase the ranking of the YouTube video.

Please let me know if have any ideas for removing/burying this fussy YouTube video review.
