pop under to decrease bounce rate- good idea or not

I have an EMD site which was hit bad on Sep29. It has high bounce rate- was designed that way originally so they just click on thru to aff link.

So my question is: I was thinking about putting a pop-under on it in the hope that visitors don't see it and leave that window open till they see it or quit therby helping my bounce rate. Good idea or shit? Appreciate comments from you knowledgeable people out there.
