Video transcription OK for SEO?

Hey all,

Quick question: Will Google penalize if you transcribe a video on your website (like SEOmoz does), even if you didn't make the video yourself? For example, if you had a website on video game reviews and you found a video on youtube that reviews a certain video game, Is it okay to put that video on your website then write out what is said in that video as copy (ie transcription)?
