How to post to craigslist US cities?

I don't reside in US, and have not been successful to post ad to us cities, appreciate any help on this.

I use proxy finder to find hundreds of proxies, then load the found proxies to proxy switcher to filter us proxies, then load the us proxies to ezadsuite proxy checker, after having just couple of us proxies, post ad using ezadsuite and it asks for phone number veryfication etc etc..
How to get rid of that all..!
