Email Marketing platform required

Hi,
First of all, I know this is considerd spam so I would like to skip coments about if it´s legit or not.

I´m starting an email marketing business and I have around 2 million emails. I´m looking for a platform capable of sending this amount a day. I would need the hosting, setup and the application to manage the sendings (interspire,...).

Does anyone know about this that could help me?
