[Ask] Will this method cause my B2B page rank High,

Helloo All bhw!

I am currently run an export commodities bussiness, then i create a paid membership on local B2B site. I want to make it rank higher, at least get on the google first page. I wanna try to use this methods

1. Create a web 2.0 site
2. Create a 500 words SEO article, with a link on the targetted keyword
3. Post the article on the web 2.0, then spin it to post on the other web 2.0 (may be i will create 10 web 2.0 site)
4. Convert the article into PDF, then posted it on document sharing site

So, will this methods can help me to rank my b2b page on the G?

Please give me your opinion and suggestion
