Sandboxing the competition

Is this a real method? It has dawned on me that there are so many things we shouldn't do to avoid getting sandboxed. But, what if we did those things for the competition, likes especially for SERP?

then, things like those 1 million backlink services from India would actually be worth something...

of course, I guess it could backfire, and you just propel the competition to #1 forever...
