The same user neme of web 2.0 sites?

hi,
i want to manually post articles to a few web2.0 sites like squidoo and stumbleupon ....
Is it shows footprints to goole if i use the same user name to register these sites?
i know tools like senuke can spin the user name, how ever , i just want to build quality sites by myself.
or i just need use diffrent name and the same email for registing?
