Anyone good with Wordpress?

Hey everyone,

I am a total noob at web building i am only good at SEO and content writing and i am a bit stuck at the moment, i have an image that i have had made it is 300x250 i want the image to link to a different page on my website its more to get people around the site and it is to go in the sidebar with the other widgets but i am not sure how i can code it in the text widget to make it show and link.
