Newbee needs advice, how to set it up step by step to become in top 3

Hi There,

The work is done, i have my keywords, on page content is fine and the next step is to get the website in the top 3 off google.

It is a Dutch site on a .NL

Keyword searches are exact 16.000 a month.

I am new in the bhs but i have learned a lot last vieuw months about link building, on page seo etc etc.

I did some tests and i made it with easy keywords in the top 10 from google ( easy keywords for me means about 2000 exact searches a month)

Now i have a 2 word keyword, 15.000 searches a month and YES my new goal is to get it permanet in the top 3.

So, i can use ALL the help and advice how to do it, but remember iam a newbee sometimes i need a step by step help..

All the advice is more then welcom.
