Wordpress Duplication

Hey everyone,
so I am near completing my custom wordpress template for mortgage lead generation and I plan to duplicate it using a tool that apparently creates up to 1,000 of them at a cost of $99.

#1. Do any of you know the name of this software? I had it bookmarked but I cant find it.
#2. I want each blog to focus on specific search terms, so would I just create a sub directory named for the search term I want the blog to get traffic from?
#3. Is it better to do this on a wordpress multi site (and if so will the duplicator software create the subsites for me or will I have to create all the sub sites first?), or just create subdomain folders manually and copy the site files into them?
#4. Once I have 1,000 of these out there, what advice can anyone give me on linking them? Should I link them together? Is there an easy way of doing that to 1,000 blogs while making them different?
#5. If I promoted a few of the sites heavily through social and SEO marketing, how could that help the other sites?

Any advice on how to set this up the best way would be greatly appreciated and if anyone is willing to give me solid advice I'll be happy to add a link to your site from the blogs.
