HMA VPN + proxy list from ecuador, how? help

Hi! I wanna use proxies from ecuador.

I have HMA VPN, now i just need a proxylist that comes from ecuador, how can i get this? And to i use them i the VPN software or do i need to download another program to use the proxylist? Please help me, im totally noobish
