Need expert of SEO youtube video

Hi
I try find somebody who can help me SEO my video on Youtube.
I need expert. I can of course pay something if it will be work.
Becuase already I bought from example fiverr backlinks, YT positioning etc, in Vagex use watching till end video...
I Did accounts to can put comennts and likes every from different IP (have DSL)
And nothign work, my video is very far on google.com, I noticed now is more far like 1 week before.
Is somebody can help me with SEO my video ?
