I have a big file to share on bhw (over 1gb) of Themeforest themes

hello my friends , I have a big file of Themeforest themes archive, (over 1 gb) I want to upload it somewhere so I can share the link here, It seams that mediafire allows "the maximum size for any individual file that can be uploaded or downloaded by your plan. 200 MB" , and my file size is over 1GB , what upload service should I use that is 100% free and will allow me to upload bigger files ?
