Host html website with Blogger or wordpress.com?

Hi Guys, i want to know a method for hosting my 1 page html website with blogger (or any free blog service), because i need unlimited bandwidth! i am sure there;s a way to do that but i can't find it so please guys if anyone can help me with this or suggest a free better way to host my html website?
