I came across a YouTube video of a guy saying you could go online and change your prepaid Virgin Mobil number every 24 hours, online, for free.
I called Virgin and they said you can do this but it costs $15 to do online and $10 over the phone.
Does anyone know if it USED to be free and if there's any similar prepaid service that would allow you to do that?
I have unlimited IP's for CL posting but I need phone numbers. Payphones are running out haha.
