I had a site slapped with no GWT letter and have seen a significant decrease in people complaining about receiving the letter in the forum. Have they stopped sending out the letter to confuse people when their sites lose rankings? We wouldn't be able to tell if it was unnatural links penalty, panda or some other EMD related issue.
