Alternative VPN like HMA

Hi,

First of all I do not know where to start this thread so sorry if it is in the wrong section.

Ok, so I just want to ask if you guys know any alternative to HMA. Dynamic open VPNs, I have search the forum and research other suggestion like strongvpn, ghost, pure etc. but all of them don have dynamic open vpns. I was routing for strongVPN atm but they have really limited servers and their only dynamic IP are PPTP.

So any suggestions? I atleast need 20-30 diff Ip per day so private proxies are out of the question since it will cost alot.
