Suggest a VPS (Panama/Switzerland)

I am starting a large site which will have legal nudity on it. But I still prefer it to be hosted on an offshore VPS that protects my privacy. Panama seems to be the best for that, closely followed by Switzerland.

Which one would you suggest that meets these requirements:

- Unmetered bandwidth (download but also upload, users will contribute)
- Ddos protection
- Multiple IPs
